Kantorczyk, a partner with Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), the environmental, energy and land use law and litigation firm based in Bala Cynwyd, PA, will moderate a telebriefing on Pennsylvania's new Marcellus Shale legislation, Act 13 of 2012, on Tuesday, March 20 from 3 to 4 p.m. EST. Joining Kantorczyk will be Terry Bossert, Esq., Senior VP of Environment and Government Affairs for Chief Oil & Gas.
