Gold to Speak at the Fall Conference of the Delaware Section of the AWRA and the WRA of the Delaware River Basin

Marc E. Gold, a partner with the environmental, energy and land use law and litigation firm of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP ("MGKF"), will speak at the Fall Conference of the Delaware Section of the American Water Resources Association and the Water Resources Association of the Delaware River Basin. The program, "A Tale of Three Estuaries: Diverse Regional Strategies for Water Resource Management", will take place on November 12, 2014 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Clayton Hall at the University of Delaware. Gold’s presentation will take place from 11:15 to noon and focus on the innovative regulatory approaches for water quality improvement developed as part of the PCB TMDLs [Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs)] established by EPA for the Delaware Estuary. MGKF is also a sponsor of the symposium.
