Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP partner Kate Vaccaro and Michael Nines PE., LEED AP, presented at the 2017 Tri-State CAMP Conference on March 16, 2017 in Atlantic City, NJ. Their presentation addressed the types of environmental emergencies that could occur at camps and the related legal reporting and response requirements. They explained best practices for preparing for environmental emergencies and supporting sustainability initiatives and operations.
