Patricia “Tricia” Nagel is a Pennsylvania Certified Paralegal who has been employed as a paralegal by Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox since 2002 assisting with both the litigation and regulatory aspects of the firm’s environmental law practice.  She feels comfortable drafting regulatory filings and performing file reviews at government agencies as she does supervising ediscovery/document reviews and assisting in the preparation of privilege logs and document productions for the Firm’s litigation clients.  Her experience as a paralegal has been diverse and has included providing assistance in preparing for labor arbitrations and at trials involving commercial defense litigation, labor litigation (sex, age and race discrimination) and employee benefits (union pension funds) while working at her former employer, Morgan, Lewis. 

Tricia also served as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Lawyers’ Fund for Client Security as well as the Appellate and Orphan’s Court Rules Committees of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
