John Gullace of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP to Speak at American Bar Association Section on Environment, Energy, and Resources' Fall Law Summit
Philadelphia, PA (September 16, 2009) – John Gullace, a partner with Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), an environmental, energy and land use law firm, will address attorneys at the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources' (ABA SEER) annual fall meeting in Baltimore, MD, Wednesday, September 23 to Saturday, September 26. The four-day meeting will offer an opportunity for cross-sector education and discussion on environmental, energy and resource policy, regulation, and investment, with representatives from the Obama administration and NGO's, policy leaders, academics, and practitioners from throughout the United States presenting.
Gullace and co-speakers will present "Futuristica's Growing Pains Mock Public Hearing" on Thursday, September 24. This mock public hearing will pit a city council and community against each other. With the help of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) facilitator, the stakeholders will make a decision on whether to site a liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility off of the community's near shore coast. On Friday, September 25, Gullace will speak on ADR during the meeting's Basic Practice Series program.
