From 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., they will present "New Requirements for Benchmarking and Reporting Energy and Water Usage in Commercial Buildings in Philadelphia -- What Real Estate Lawyers Need to Know."
Manko and Franey will address the recent trend of city/state mandates for the benchmarking and reporting of energy and water usage. They will focus specifically on the recent energy/water benchmarking mandate for certain commercial buildings adopted in Philadelphia and will discuss potential legal issues for building owners/tenants as well as future legislative initiatives.
