Slensky and Nines Presented Green Stormwater Infrastructure at OEEC

Brett Slensky, an attorney with Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), the environmental, energy and land use law and litigation firm based just outside of Philadelphia, PA, teamed up with in-house technical consultant Michael Nines, PE, LEED AP, to present “Green Stormwater Infrastructure—Rainwater:  Where Does It Go?”. The program took place on Thursday, April 23 at the Overbrook Environmental Education Center (OEEC) as part of a training series that OEEC is putting on in cooperation with the Philadelphia Water Department.  It was an interactive presentation with hands-on activities built in for the high school students also in attendance. Some of the topics covered included point source and non-point source pollution, stormwater runoff and wastewater treatment.
