Coming this fall to four locations across the Commonwealth, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry's In-Depth Environmental Compliance Conference will feature MGKF attorneys speaking on cutting-edge residual waste management and air pollution regulatory issues. Michael Meloy will address practical concerns in the residual waste arena, such as navigating the definition of "waste," satisfying recycling and permitting requirements, and applying the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's ("PADEP's") Clean Fill Policy. Regarding air regulation, Bart Cassidy will explore recent changes in programs such as New Source Review, federal ozone standards, and mercury emissions. Michael and Bart will be joined by other speakers from PADEP and the regulated community. The conference, a popular annual event for environmental managers, will be offered in Lehigh Valley, Camp Hill, Pittsburgh, and Valley Forge in October and November.
