New Jersey Environmental Law Handbook (Eighth Edition)

The MGKF co-authors were selected to author to the Air Chapter of the New Jersey Environmental Law Handbook based on this extensive, air quality related experience.  The Air Chapter of the handbook addresses a wide range of air quality issues in New Jersey,  and the regulatory framework related to those issues, including National Ambient Air Quality Standards, air quality permitting, administrative enforcement actions, and greenhouse gas regulation.

The New Jersey Environmental Law Handbook brings together over 40 of New Jersey’s most experienced environmental law practitioners to provide essential facts and insights you can use in one resource.  The Handbook breaks down some of the State’s complex environmental laws and regulations and makes them more understandable, useable and practical for readers. This is the first update to the Handbook since 2007.
