Michelle New is paralegal at Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP focusing on both litigation and regulatory matters for the firm’s environmental law practice.  Michelle has diverse paralegal experience including researching a wide variety of legal, environmental and commercial issues, responding to governmental agency request for information, and interviewing witnesses and persons with site knowledge.  Additionally, she can support all aspects of litigation including, communicating with clients, Ediscovery, coordinating and managing document reviews and productions, drafting discovery, and deposition and witness exhibit preparation.

Before joining the firm, Michelle was an environmental and litigation paralegal at a large chemical manufacturing company and a litigation paralegal at a large Philadelphia law firm.  She graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus on Environmental Science.  Prior to pursuing a career as a paralegal, she was an environmental consultant for several years for industrial, commercial and governmental clients. 

Away from work Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, cooking and going to the beach, especially at the Jersey Shore.
