Jeremiah “Jerry” Clark joins our robust litigation team as an associate at Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP. Drawing on experience gained at respected Philadelphia-area law firms, he represents clients in environmental defense matters. He has successfully secured defense verdicts in the compulsory arbitration program of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and in Philadelphia Municipal Court, reflecting a strong record of effective advocacy in litigation settings.
Jerry previously served as an intern attorney with the Supervision to Aid Reentry (STAR) Court Clinic in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and interned in the chambers of the Honorable Timothy J. Savage. Before practicing law, he taught high school history in Philadelphia for five years.
Jerry earned his B.A. in History from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. in Secondary Education from Saint Joseph’s University. He earned his J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal editor, having his work published in Volume 37. He also worked as a teaching assistant for a contracts course.
Outside the office, Jerry enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
