New Act 2 Standards and Their Impact on Cleanups and the Management of Fill
This seminar will provide information about the recent changes to Pennsylvania's Land Recycling Program including revisions to the Act 2 Statewide Health Standards and what effect these changes have on properties that are currently going through the Land Recycling Program as well as those that already have obtained an Act 2 release.
Other topics to be covered are associated with revisions to the technical guidance used to demonstrate attainment of the Act 2 standards. We will also take a look at how revisions to the Statewide Health Standards will affect the movement of fill at construction projects throughout the Commonwealth.
The seminar will run from 8:30-11:00 am with breakfast/networking at 8:30 and the program starting at 9:00 am.
