Ball, a partner with the environmental, energy and litigation firm of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP, located just outside of Philadelphia, PA and in Cherry Hill, NJ, will participate as a panelist in the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey’s (CCSNJ’s) Utility Infrastructure Summit, which is scheduled to take place on June 24 from 7:45 a.m. - noon EST in Mt. Laurel, NJ.  Ball’s panel is entitled “Tackling the Challenges of Today, Planning for the Changes of Tomorrow,” and will include The Honorable Upendra J. Chivukula, Commissioner, New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, Kate Gibbs, Business Development, Engineers Labor-Employer Cooperative Local 825, and Scott C. Strean, Director, Power and Utilities Practice, PricewaterhouseCoopers.
