Partner John Gullace of the environmental, energy, litigation, safety and land use law firm of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP, located outside Philadelphia, PA, will serve as a panelist on “Equitable Allocations and the Cleanup of Complex Sediment Sites—Legal and Technical Perspectives”.  During this 90-minute program, the panel will address the unique technical and legal issues associated with allocating responsibility for sediment Superfund sites, as well as the extraordinary costs and complexities associated with remediating such sites.  This presentation is part of the New Jersey Environmental Law Forum in Cape May, NJ June 22-24, 2018.
