Recent data by the Bureau of Labor Statistics and others indicate the continued decline of less serious injuries in the workplace.  However, these data also reveal a disturbing trend:  fatalities and serious injuries are not declining at the same rate, and in some cases, are actually increasing

3:30 – 4:30:  Technology Panel: Commercial vs. Homegrown Software to Support the Audit Function
This session will present three organizations’ different solutions for software that supports the EHS audit program including commercially available software, software developed in house, and a combination of the two. Panelists will discuss how they selected the solutions they use, what functions the software supports, pros and cons of the path they’ve taken, and lessons learned along the way.
