Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox partner Nicole R. Moshang will serve as panelists at the 2020 Hawaii State Bar Association Annual Bar Convention as part of the Environment, Energy & Resources Section Seminar. The programming will take place virtually on October 16, 2020 from 9 am to 4:30 pm HST.
Moshang will present on “The PFAS Contaminant Conundrum—What You Need to Know” in the morning session. The panel discussion will focus on the emerging family of contaminants and the associated legal and technical issues. Topics will include EPA’s PFAS Action Plan, federal and state regulatory trends, remediation, risk management and litigation.
