The 2022 edition of Drexel Kline School of Law LEX Magazine focuses on infrastructure in its various forms – both hardscape infrastructure, social, and legal infrastructure.  The article entitled “At the Crossroad of Justice:  Race, Infrastructure and the Law”  talks generally about environmental justice issues as a concept, but also more broadly discusses how infrastructure – such as the decline/failing of roads, housing, and water lines – have historically disproportionally effected communities of color and low-income individuals. MGKF's Brielle Brown and Diana Silva are featured in the article (pages 6-13).
