At the Crossroad of Justice
Race, Infrastructure and the Law
The 2022 edition of Drexel Kline School of Law LEX Magazine focuses on infrastructure in its various forms – both hardscape infrastructure, social, and legal infrastructure. The article entitled “At the Crossroad of Justice: Race, Infrastructure and the Law” talks generally about environmental justice issues as a concept, but also more broadly discusses how infrastructure – such as the decline/failing of roads, housing, and water lines – have historically disproportionally effected communities of color and low-income individuals. MGKF's Brielle Brown and Diana Silva are featured in the article (pages 6-13).
LEX is a magazine that explores issues of interest to those who are passionate about the law. The publication aims to enliven the conversation between legal scholars and practitioners and to engage friends of the Drexel University Kline School of Law
