Manko Gold’s Tom Cinti Named Recipient of Pacific McGeorge’s Julie Davies Professor of the Year Award

Manko Gold is pleased to announce that Tom Cinti has been named the recipient of the Julie Davies Professor of the Year Award for the Master of Science in Law (MSL) program at University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

The annual award, presented by the Student Bar Association, recognizes exceptional faculty members for their commitment to teaching excellence, student engagement, and academic leadership. The award is named in honor of Professor Julie Davies in appreciation for her dedicated service to Pacific McGeorge as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs from 2009 to 2013, and her steadfast commitment to outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment.

The Julie Davies Professor of the Year Award is conferred annually upon one full-time JD faculty member, one adjunct JD faculty member, one Masters (MPA, MPP) faculty member, and one Master of Science in Law (MSL) faculty member. A lifelong teacher and lecturer, Cinti was recognized for his contributions to the MSL program and his longstanding dedication to education. He teaches courses in Negotiations and Persuasive Public Speaking.  In addition to his commitments at Pacific McGeorge, he has served as an adjunct professor at Holy Family University since 2003, teaching environmental science and MBA courses. He also served for 15 years as an instructor and guest lecturer at Southern Methodist University.
