Thomas A. Cinti Joins Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox as Senior Counsel

Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), a leading environmental, energy, land use, and litigation law firm, is pleased to announce that Thomas “Tom” Cinti has joined the firm as Senior Counsel after spending nearly three decades at U.S. EPA Region III.
In his role as EPA Senior Assistant Regional Counsel, Tom served as Region III Lead Counsel for Revitalization of Contaminated Sites and led the Land Revitalization Action Team. He was the regional representative on EPA’s National Cleanup Liability and Reuse Committee. Tom also served as the Region’s bankruptcy expert and represented the Region on the EPA/DOJ National Bankruptcy Workgroup.
