Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF) partner John Gullace will moderate a panel for the EPA Region 2 Conference at Columbia Law School on May 19, 2023. Officials from EPA Region 2, including the Regional Administrator, as well as the Commissioners and other high-level staff officials from the New York State, New Jersey State, and New York City environmental departments, will discuss what their agencies are doing on climate change, air pollution, water regulation, environmental justice, contaminated site cleanup, toxics regulation, enforcement, and other topics.
