MGKF’s Kantorczyk is Panelist for Villanova Environmental Law Journal Symposium

Todd Kantorczyk, a partner with the environmental and litigation firm of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP, will be a part of two panels at “The 2017 Blank Rome LLP Villanova Environmental Law Journal Symposium—Implementing the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act (LCSA)” at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law on February 10.  The program focuses on general implementation and impacts of LCSA and concerns surrounding how the EPA will protect confidential business information under LCSA. It will run 9:00 am – 12:30 pm. It has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for three substantive credits.
