Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), an environmental, energy, land use law and litigation firm, is pleased to announce that Rich Williams joins the firm as Senior Counsel after retiring from his position as Chief Counsel for Environmental Remediation and Real Estate at Ashland Inc. He has extensive experience negotiating complex environmental transactions as well as resolving multi-party environmental litigation and complex commercial claims. Rich’s responsibilities included real estate and corporate transactions, corporate governance, commercial matters, defense of environmental enforcement actions and regulatory counseling. He is a certified mediator in the Delaware Superior Court and has significant experience with alternative dispute resolution.
