Alice Solomon is a litigation associate with Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP. She came to the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert O. Baldi in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

Alice represents chemical, energy, and transportation companies, as well as real estate developers, on a wide range of environmental and safety issues, including in civil litigation matters, and disputes with administrative agencies. She has particular experience with CERCLA, RCRA, breach of contract, and tort claims.  

Alice graduated cum laude from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law where she received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and completed a concentration in litigation and dispute resolution. During law school, Alice was the President of the Environmental and Energy Law Society, an executive member of the Moot Court Board, and a legal intern for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region III in the Criminal Enforcement division.

For her undergraduate degree, Alice attended Davidson College, where she studied environmental and public health topics and graduated cum laude with departmental honors. While at Davidson, Alice enjoyed working at the college farm and volunteering as a tutor for local high school students.

In her free time, Alice loves to run, travel, try new recipes, and spend time with family and friends.
