The firm’s new Superfund Allocation Practice is led by Robert "Robb" Fox, a CERCLA practitioner who is well known and respected across the country for his work in the field.

As a neutral allocator, Robb brings decades of hands-on experience managing multi-party site disputes, facilitating equitable cost allocations, and guiding parties toward efficient, defensible resolutions. He has litigated a broad spectrum of CERCLA issues nationwide and has helped clients resolve numerous allocations at challenging, multi-party sites. Robb has also taught Superfund law for nearly 30 years at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and has testified on CERCLA issues before the United States Senate.  This depth of experience makes Robb not only an effective facilitator but also a knowledgeable, insight-driven allocator who applies meaningful substantive expertise to every allocation he leads.
