He has litigated a broad spectrum of CERCLA issues nationwide and has helped clients resolve numerous allocations at challenging, multi-party sites. Robb has also taught Superfund law for nearly 30 years at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and has testified on CERCLA issues before the United States Senate. This depth of experience makes Robb not only an effective facilitator but also a knowledgeable, insight-driven allocator who applies meaningful substantive expertise to every allocation he leads.
