Suzanne Ilene Schiller, a litigation partner with the environmental, energy and land use law and litigation firm of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), will lead a breakfast roundtable on "The Top Ten Environmental Laws Developers and Retailers Need to Know About". Her presentation is part of the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) University of Shopping Centers program that runs March 5-7, 2012 on the campus of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Schiller will discuss key provisions in the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Clean Air Act (CAA) and other federal laws that are of particular importance to those in the shopping center development and retail sectors. Highlights will include discussion of construction-related permitting, proper waste disposal and control of indoor air quality.
