Partner John Gullace of the environmental, energy, litigation, safety and land use law firm of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF) located outside Philadelphia, PA, recently served as a panelist on “Equitable Allocations and the Cleanup of Complex Sediment Sites—Legal and Technical Perspectives”.  During this 90-minute program, the panel addressed the unique technical and legal issues associated with allocating responsibility for sediment Superfund sites, as well as the extraordinary costs and complexities associated with remediating such sites.  This presentation was part of the New Jersey Environmental Law Forum in Cape May, NJ June 22-24, 2018.
