Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox to Receive a 2022 Innovation and Collaboration Award from the Water Resources Association

Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox LLP (MGKF) has been selected to receive a 2022 Innovation and Collaboration Award for regulated community leadership from the Water Resources Association of the Delaware River Basin (WRA). WRA is presenting this award to MGKF, as counsel to and on behalf of the Delaware Estuary TMDL Coalition (the “Coalition”), for its regulated community leadership and collaborative engagement with representatives of the Delaware River Basin Commission, federal and state regulators and other stakeholders in development of the innovative Stage 1 PCB TMDLs that have led to significant reductions in PCB loads to the Delaware River Estuary.
