Manko, Gold, Katcher, Fox LLP and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry’s Energy and Innovation Institute hosted an information program and roundtable discussion on data centers in Pennsylvania.  The program examined the growth of data center development and the engineering, legal, land use, operational, and energy considerations affecting projects in Montgomery County and across Pennsylvania. Moderator Alex Harper of the PA Chamber led a discussion on regulatory policy, Pennsylvania law and Governor Shapiro’s Executive Order, job creation, community engagement, and emerging infrastructure technologies.
