Manko Gold Webinar - New Jersey Remedial Investigations: New Extended Deadline Explained

February 10, 2014

Legislation passed in the waning hours of the 2012-2013 New Jersey legislative session and signed into law by Governor Christie on January 21, 2014, authorizes a two year extension of the May 7, 2014 deadline to complete remedial investigations (RIs) at contaminated sites where remediation was required prior to May 7, 1999.

Topics covered include:

  • What needs to be done to secure the extension?
  • What happens if I don’t seek an extension?
  • Can I lose my extension?
  • Do these changes affect me if I meet the original May 7, 2014 deadline?
  • How can I meet the original May 7, 2014 deadline?

Register for answers to these and other questions by Friday, February 7.
