Thomas “Tom” Cinti joined the firm as Senior Counsel after spending nearly three decades at U.S. EPA Region III. In his role as Senior Assistant Regional Counsel, he served as Lead Counsel for Revitalization of Contaminated Sites and led the Land Revitalization Action Team. Tom was the regional representative on EPA’s National Cleanup Liability and Reuse Committee. Tom also served as the Region’s Bankruptcy Expert and represented the Region on the EPA/DOJ National Bankruptcy Workgroup.

Tom spent his early years at New Jersey area law firms where he litigated complex environmental matters focused on Superfund, property acquisition and environmental insurance coverage. These cases spanned all aspects of state and federal environmental law.

Tom has been a lifelong teacher and lecturer. He has served as an adjunct professor at Holy Family University, teaching environmental science and MBA courses since 2003, and more recently graduate level courses at McGeorge School of Law. For 15 years, he was also an instructor and guest lecturer at Southern Methodist University.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, cooking and exploring Longwood Gardens with his wife, Mayi.
