Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox Included in BTI’s Honor Roll of “Fearsome Opponents” in Litigation

October 3, 2019

Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF) is proud to be included in BTI’s Honor Roll of firms that are considered “fearsome opponents” in litigation. Manko was one of only 33 firms to be highlighted on this list---one that was compiled based on interviews BTI conducted over 8 months with more than 350 legal decision-makers on more than 200 law firms.  The BTI Consulting 2020 Litigation Report states, “Clients tell [us] these are the firms they most fear seeing on the other side of the table because they are relentless, very smart, and play to win—and win big.” Among those interviewed were heads of litigation, general counsel, and chief legal officers at organizations with $1 billion plus in revenues.

MGKF is 32 attorney firm, with a strong focus on environmental litigation. Managing Partner Jonathan Spergel explained, “We received national recognition for our litigation work and were included with firms that boast an average of 700-800 attorneys. While we have a strong regional presence, this affirms our significant national client base and our ability to challenge large law firms. This is a huge honor for us.”
